This European Standard specifies requirements for flat products for pressure equipment made up of weldable non-alloy and alloy steels with elevated temperature properties as specified. EN 10028-3 Flat products made up of steel for pressure purposes - Part 3: Weldable fine grain steels, normalized. This specifies that requirements for flat products for pressure equipment made up of weldable fine grain steels. Fine grain steels are viewed as steels with a ferritic grain size of 6 or finer when tested in accordance with European Standard ISO 643. The requirements and definitions of 10028-1 also applied.
