Din 1628 St37.4 Tube

DIN 1628 St 44.4 tubes

DIN 1628 Grade St52.4 tube
Tubos India is one of the large manufacturers for high quality DIN 1628 Material. DIN 1628 ST37.4 steel tubes are mainly used in the construction of vessels, chemical plants, pipework and for general mechanical engineering purpose. The St37.4 steel tubes of DIN 1628 are designed to meet the high performance requirements. Normally, there are no limiting values for the maximum permission working pressure of DIN 1628 Grade ST37.4 welded steel tubes. The permissible working pressure shall not go beyond 300°C.
The Welded tube conforming to din 1628 with an Outside Diameter(O.D.) of 114.3 mm and Wall Thickness(W.T.) of 3.2 mm, made from Din 1628 st44.4 steel(material number 1.0257) in the normalized condition(n) shall designated as “tubes din 1628 - st44.4 n” or “tubes din 1628 - 1.0257 n”. The Grade St52.4 steel tubes of DIN 1628 are designed to meet high performance requirements. There are no limiting values for the maximum permission working pressure of DIN 1628 Grade ST52.4 welded steel tubes. The permissible working pressure shall not go beyond 300°C.

1) s is the wail thickness of tube (see sub clause 5.5.5).
2) Average value from three tests; only one individual value may fall short of the specified minimum value by not more than 30 %
3) These values apply also if the impact energy is tested in the center of the weld for tubes having outside diameters exceeding 500 mm, and wall thicknesses not smaller than 10mm.
4) For cold finished tubes in the NBK condition (annealed above the upper transformation point under shielding gas or in a vacuum), minimum values of yield stress lower than these values by 20N/mm2 are permitted.
5) For cold finished in the NBK condition, minimum values of tensile strength lower than these values by 10N/mm2 are permitted. |
